Prabhat Ranjan Singh Editor-in-Chief
Prabhat Ranjan Singh earned his M.Sc. in Computer Science from South Asian University, India, in 2015, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University of Technology, China, in 2019. He has worked as a research associate at Banaras Hindu University, India, and has held teaching positions at Amity University, Patna, and UPES, India. Dr. Singh is currently a faculty member at Quanzhou University of Information Engineering, China.His research interests include multi-objective optimization, swarm intelligence, evolutionary algorithms, and machine learning, with a particular emphasis on load balancing in cloud and fog computing. He has authored several papers presented at international conferences and published in reputable journals.

Dr. Bishwajeet Pandey Associate Editor
Dr. Bishwajeet Pandey is a Professor at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India, and a Visiting Professor at UCSI University, Malaysia (QS World Rank 265). He has been a Senior Member of IEEE since 2019. Dr. Pandey holds an MTech in Computer Science from IIIT Gwalior, India, and a PhD in Computer Science from the Gran Sasso Science Institute, Italy. He has previously taught at several esteemed institutions, including Chitkara University (Chandigarh), Jain University (Bangalore), Astana IT University (Kazakhstan), Eurasian National University (Kazakhstan — QS World Rank 321), and Walsh College (USA). A prolific researcher, Dr. Pandey has authored over 30 books and published more than 250+ Scopus-indexed research papers, accumulating over 5000+ citations. His leadership experience includes serving as the Research Head of the School of CSE at Jain University, Bangalore (2021–2023) and heading the International Global Academic Partnership Committee at the Birla Institute of Applied Science, Bhimtal (2020–2021). In 2023, he was honoured with the prestigious Professor of the Year Award at Lord’s Cricket Ground by the London Organisation of Skills Development. Dr. Pandey’s greatest strength lies in his extensive global academic network. He has visited 51 countries, participated in 105 international conferences, and co-authored papers with 218 professors from 93 universities across 42 nations. He also serves as the Chair of two IEEE International Conferences — ICAIC (AI in Cybersecurity) and GAISS (Generative AI for Secure Systems)— held in Houston and Austin, USA.
Zain Anwar Ali Associate Editor
Engr. Dr. Zain Anwar Ali is a Senior Researcher, Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. Engr. Dr. Zain Anwar Ali did his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Pakistan in 2010. He joined SSUET in 2010 as a research assistant. He did his Masters in the field of Industrial Controls & Automation from Hamdard University, Karachi Pakistan in 2012 and secure 2nd position. Later on, in 2013 awarded with Chinese Government Ph.D. Scholarship. Funding’s was provided by (CSC) and Research project funding was provided by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)under the grant number is 61503185. He has authored and coauthored about 65 research papers and some book chapters. He is serving as an editor and guest editor of world’s re-known journals. He is affiliated by world’s different forum like, registered Engineer Pakistan Engineering Council, life member of Institute of Engineers Pakistan, member of International Association of Engineers, Hong Kong and member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, Singapore. Currently, he worked as an In-Charge of continuing education program of SSUET and Assistant Professor in Electronic Engineering Department SSUET. Currently, he is working as a Senior Research Scientist and teacher at School of System Sciences at Beijing Normal University, recently he is serving as an Lead guest Editor of Measurement and Control Journal of SAGE publication having impact factor is about 1.229.

M.F.L Abdullah Associate Editor
Mohammad Faiz Liew Abdullah received BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering (Communication) in 1997, Dip Education in 1999 and MEng by research in Optical Fiber Communication in 2000 from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). He completed his PhD in August 2007 from The University of Warwick, United Kingdom in Wireless Optical Communication Engineering. He started his career as a lecturer at Polytechnic Seberang Prai (PSP) in 1999 and was transferred to UTHM in 2000 (formerly known as PLSP). At present he is an Associate Professor and the Deputy Dean (Research and Development), Faculty of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). He had 15 years’ experience of teaching in higher education, which involved the subject Optical Fiber Communication, Advanced Optical Communication, Advanced Digital Signal Processing and etc. His research area of interest are wireless and optical communication, photonics and robotic in communication. Swarn Singh Associate Editor
Swarn Singh is an Associate Professor in Department of Mathematics of Sri Venkateswara College of Delhi University. His speciliazation is Functional Analysis. He submitted his M.Phil. Thesis on “Reversed Hardy’s Inequalities for a class of Functions” and Ph.D Thesis : on “New Highly Accurate Discretization For The Solution and the Estimates of for Singularly Perturbed Non-Linear Multi-Dimensional Elliptic and Parabolic Partial Differential Equations”. His area of research interest is Numerical Analysis /Computational Methods for Differential Equations. He was selected for ‘National Board for Higher Mathematics Scholarship’ during the period 1994-1996, in M.A.(Mathematics) awarded by Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. He also got M.Bholanath Medal for getting 1st Rank in Delhi University in B.A.(Hons.) Mathematics. Ha has also obtained All India Rank: 5th in GATE-1997 (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) with 99.36 Percentile. He has also visited University of Dundee, Scotland, U.K. during the period 6th September 2012 to 4th October, 2012 under INSA-RSE Bilateral Indo-UK Joint Exchange Programme to carry out advanced Research in ‘Computational Methods for Differential Equations’. Recently, he was selected as Vice Chancellor’s Fellow under Vice Chancellor’s Fellowship Programme at University of Delhi for the period Jan, 2014 -July 2014 and also participated in the 4th IMO workshop on Viruses in Cancer at Moffitt Cancer Research Center, Florida, US during November 17-21, 2014. He has co-authored a book “Solid State Geometry” published that was published by “Macmillan India Ltd.” in January 2006. He has supervised many M.Phil and Ph.D students.

Dr. Goutam Sanyal Associate Editor
Dr. Goutam Sanyal is designated as Professor in Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Dean Faculty Welfare in the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India. His qualifications are Bachelors of Engineering (B.E), Masters of technology (M.TECH), PhD(Engineering), FIE(India), MIEEE. Dr. Sanyal has more than 150 research publications in the worldwide International reputed journals and conferences. He has 28 years of Teaching and Research experiences. He had supervised 5 PhD thesis and continuing with 6 more PhD Research Scholars(Total 11). His areas of interests are Computer Architecture, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Image Processing, VLSI, Mathematical Modelling and Simulation.

Keshav Kumar Associate Editor
Keshav Kumar is an Assistant Professor at Parul University, Gujrat, India. He has also worked as a JRF with NIT Patna and as an Assistant Lecturer at Chitkara University, Punjab, India. He has authored and co-authored 1 Book with CRC, Taylor & Francis Press, and over 40+ research papers in the field of Hardware security, Green Communication, Low-power VLSI Design, Machine learning techniques, and IoT. He also has worked with professors from 15 different countries. His areas of specialization include Deep Learning, Hardware security, Green Communication, Low-power VLSI Design, Machine learning techniques, WSN, and IoT. Wan Aezwani Bt Wan Abu Bakar Associate Editor
Wan Aezwani Bt Wan Abu Bakar obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) in November 2016, specializing in association rules in frequent itemset mining. She earned her Master of Science in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2000, focusing on fingerprint image segmentation, after completing her bachelor's degree in the same field from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 1998. Since January 1, 2018, she has been a member of the Faculty of Informatics & Computing at UniSZA, Besut Campus. Dr. Wan Aezwani has overseen three DPU grants totaling 45.5K and one FRGS grant of 70K. Her research is concentrated on developing water-based sensors for Intelligent Mosquito Home Systems in combating dengue, creating predictive models for heart disease and breast cancer in machine learning, and innovative educational tools.
